All of the playmats have shipped out and should be arriving shortly, if they have not already! We're now turning out the lights on this campaign, and wanted to thank you all *so much* for all of your support! You are the best, and we couldn't have made this game without you!!

Playmats Shipping Next Week!

Greetings backers! I'm here with a brief update to let those of you who ordered Lazer Ryderz playmats as part of this Kickstarter know that they will be shipping next week! We expect that shipment to go out very quickly, so it should be finished by all backers by the end of next week at the latest.
In addition, we are very excited to report that the first print run of Lazer Ryderz is sold out at our warehouse! That means that distributors and game stores still have some, and but once they run out of their current supply, there will be a temporary lack of availability. Fortunately, we've already ordered another print run, which should be in before the end of the year.
Expect one more update once all of the playmats have shipped, and then we'll be signing off! Thank you so much for supporting us through this campaign! You all are the best!
Shipping and playmat updates

Hey, all!
We're nearly there! MOST of you should have your games by now, even! We've been seeing some great play reports on social media, so I'm glad you're loving the game.
There are still a couple things that still need to finish up.
First of all, we're still waiting on the playmats from the manufacturer for this. If you backed for a playmat, it'll be coming as soon as it is in, separately from your game. Worry not if you haven't gotten that yet! That should be here a little later this month.
Secondly, if you are a) a backer of Exoplanets and b) got a playmat on that project, you are the only group that hasn't quite gotten your game yet. We're really very sorry about that, and it should be arriving this week!
That's what we have for you this month, folks. Since the project is winding down, there's not much more news to share! Keep playing your game, and consider rating us on boardgamegeek.com and/or writing a review up!

Greetings Lazer Ryderz!
The shipping of Lazer Ryderz is now complete! Within the next week or two, you should all have your copies even if you live somewhere with super slow shipping!
That also means that the time has come to distribute digital copies of the Lazer Ryderz soundtrack for those who pledged for it! We are going to be doing that via BackerKit, which claims that it will email each of you your own unique code. Once it does, you can go here to redeem it:

Hopefully that works! We've never distributed a digital download before, so I'm crossing my fingers that we read the instructions properly and this all goes off without a hitch.
For those of you who didn't back for the soundtrack but are interested in picking it up, it will be available for purchase through most digital music platforms.
Playmat Delay + Shipping Update!

I wanted to pop in with a quick shipping update for all of you wonderful backers!
First off, we have discovered that the playmats for Lazer Ryderz did not arrive with the rest of the games. That means that we are going to be shipping all of the games out now, and then will ship the playmats separately the first week or so of August. This will cost us a bit extra since we'll have to do two shipments for all of the playmat backers, but these games are awesome and we definitely don't want anyone's actual game to be delayed!
Now for the fun shipping update!
All of the non-US orders are going to be leaving our warehouse on Friday (due to how we ship internationally, they all have to leave at once). You *shouldn't* get any customs or import charges on the shipments if you live in the EU. However, if you do, scan or photograph your receipt and send it to me in an email to [email protected] and I'll refund you via PayPal. We've occasionally had that issue in the past, and I can use the receipt to get to the bottom of what is going on and help fix it for the future.
Some of the US orders will also go out this week. If everything goes perfectly with the packing, the remainder will go out next week. If not, they'll definitely all be out the week after.
